Historic Rosedale wants to help make your wedding or special event truly memorable! Nestled near the heart of the city, we are just minutes away from Uptown Charlotte, the University area, south Charlotte and the NoDa Neighborhood. Historic Rosedale is the ideal place to hold your wedding and reception, birthday celebration, anniversary or other special gathering of friends and family. The magnificent grounds and gardens of our 200-year-old Federal style house offer the perfect location for any style and size event, from formal and traditional, to modern and eco friendly. With several beautiful and unique event spaces on our grounds, Rosedale can provide charm and elegance to every aspect of your event experience, accommodating as few as 25 guests to over 100.
For an intimate, small group event, the English Basement of the 1815 house at Rosedale is one of Charlotte’s most unique spaces Historic stone walls and the handmade brick floor transport you to a different time and place. Furnished with farm tables, and enhanced with lantern candlelight, a party in this space is sure to impress and leave a lasting memory.
