School Sign-up
(There will be no school sign-ups for the 2007-2008 school season after May 8, 2008.)
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR CLASS!
- School tours conducted ONLY Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Only one school can register for one time slot on one date
- We can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 75 students per tour
- PLEASE NOTE: Sign-up REQUIRES a minimum of 10 working days (Monday through Friday) – i.e., when you sign up for a tour, the date for which you are signing up cannot be sooner than 10 working days from the date you submit your request.
- CHANGES IN DATE OR TIME can be made only by e-mail request to the Rosedale Education Director. If you have previously signed up and MUST change the date/time, send an e-mail to roseedu@historicrosedale.org. Please include the name of the school, as well as the original date/time for which you previously signed up and which you want to change. We will delete this original date/time and send you a confirmation of its deletion. After you have received the confirmation of deletion, you can sign up for a new date/time. Go to the school tour sign up page (historicrosedale.org/tours/TourList.aspx) and sign up with the new date/time. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE NEW TIME/DATE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED OUR CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR ORIGINAL DATE/TIME HAS BEEN DELETED.
- DELETIONS can only be made by e-mailing roseedu@historicrosedale.org. Please include the name of the school, the time and the date you want deleted. (If you want to delete one date but add another, please see “CHANGES IN DATE . . .” above.)
- Prompt arrival of your group
is necessary. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot
guarantee that you will receive a tour.
- Please, no phone calls. Registration on-line.
- Your class can use the
picnic area on the grounds, but you must bring trash bags and
carry your garbage to the dumpster on site or take it off-site
with you.
