add $225. Rentals requiring set up on the day prior to an event should inquire about pricing. Rentals for less than 10 should inquire about pricing. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be received a minimum of forty-five (45) days prior to the time of your event to hold the event date. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstance.
The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before your event.

$150 rental for up to 20 children $5 for each additional child
Parties/events must be cleaned up and off premises no later than 3:30pm. Set up is not allowed prior to 10:00am on Wednesday, Thursday, &/or Friday. Set up is not allowed prior to 1:00pm on Saturday or Sunday. A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the time of your event to hold the event date. The $100. deposit is not refundable under any circumstance.
The remainder of the rental fee is due before your event begins. $35.00 of your deposit will be returned if the site requires NO cleaning by staff, volunteers or a paid cleaning crew.
If the site is NOT cleaned and left in excellent condition or your agreed rental time exceeds the terms; no money will be returned to the customer under any circumstances. Click here for rental application
