Grounds Rental Pricing
Please call us for a list of the various areas you can rent. We have large outdoor areas perfect for Corporate events, children's parties, weddings and receptions, family reunions and more!

10 – 400 guests                    

Friday                   3:00pm – 10:00pm     $600.
                              9:00am – 10:00pm     $850. 

Saturday              3:00pm – 10:00pm     $700.
                              9:00am – 10:00pm     $1,000. 

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday
(3 or 4 hour events + three hours total set-up/breakdown)           $600  

401 – 500 guests add $225.
501 – 600 guests add $350. 

English Basement kitchen

Weekdays
Tu, W, Th, Fri       10am – 1pm          $75

Tu, W                     noon – 3:pm         $75
Tu, W, Th, Fri       3pm – 9pm            $250                              

Weekends
Fri & Sun              3pm- 9pm             $350
Sat.                       3pm – 9pm            $500

The English Basement Kitchen can accommodate up to 45 seated.

Group reservations lunch under Swamp Chestnut   $50.
(Discount to school groups)                                        $25

Rentals requiring set up on the day prior to an event should inquire about pricing.

Rentals for less than 10 should inquire about pricing. 

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be received a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the time of your event to hold the event date.

This deposit is not refundable under any circumstance

 

The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before your event.

 

New “secret garden” available – base rate $250.00 – call for info.

Rental Pricing – Children’s Birthday

Wed – Sunday Only 

Wed., Thurs., Friday           11:00am – 3:30 pm  Picnic area available (under Swamp Chestnut) 

Sat. & Sun.                       1:30pm – 3:30  pm Picnic area available (under Swamp Chestnut)

 

$150 rental for up to 20 children                    $5 for each additional child 

 

Parties/events must be cleaned up and off premises no later than 3:30pm.

Set up is allowed after 10:00am on Wednesday, Thursday, &/or Friday.

Set up is allowed after 1:00pm on Saturday or Sunday. 

A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the time of your event to hold the event date.  The $100. deposit is not refundable under any circumstance.

 

The remainder of the rental fee ($50.00) is due before your event can begin. $35.00 of your deposit will be returned if the site requires no cleaning by staff, volunteers or a paid cleaning crew.

 

The site must be cleaned and left in excellent condition by the end of your agreed rental time, in order to receive the $35.00. No money will be returned to the customer under any other circumstances.
