I understand I must contract with companies on the Rosedale “preferred vendors” list.
An event consultation is $50.00 and reserves a 1 hour appointment with staff time (according to staff availability) to answer questions and view the grounds. Any additional time will be billed at $25.00 per hour until a rental agreement is signed. (billed in 30 minute increments). To reserve Historic Rosedale a 50% non-refundable deposit is required a minimum 45 days prior to your event. A reservation space is held only with a deposit.

In accordance with the NC General Statute 25-3-512, the returned check fee is $20.00.
