If you are looking for a reasonably priced venue for a small event, you must check out our newly constructed event center. Built in 2011, this building is the optimal accommodation for a smaller gathering. This space offers user-friendly technology and amenities for your business or leisure event:

Chestnut Picnic Area
starting at $95
This picturesque picnic area is centered around the majestic Swamp Chestnut Oak Tree which was transported in 1894 by means of a burlap bag as a gift to The Caldwell Family. This tree is one of a kind and is not indigenous to the area.
• Picnics are available for groups of 50 or less (other areas can accommodate larger parties)
• 6 picnic tables are included with rental

Plantation Basement Rental
starting at $65 daytime and $250 evening
This charming space is cool in the summer months and warm in the winter months, making it a comfortable and inviting setting year-round. A Charleston style brick floor, field stone walls, oversize original wood beams, original cooking artifacts and a huge open-hearth fireplace make this open concept floor plan ideal for casual entertaining or an intimate dining experience.

Its bold yet understated design creates a perfect background for capturing the beauty of a bride, as well as the most tender and romantic moments with her groom.
